My dad bought an Ercoupe in 1961. Dutch Baker was the local flight instructor. My dad (Ed) , brother Dan and I all solo’d under Dutch’ instructions. I was 16. Dutch owned a stagger wing Beach. John Husted was airport manager and owned a gull wing Stinson, both rare airplanes worth big money today.
