2 scorpions, 2 stinkbugs, etc, etc ......

The boat was moved into the area in 1987-88 or so. Dan Peterson (music instructor at THS 1986-88) and his
dad bought the vessel, moved it to Trona to refurbish with the dream that it would one day be back in the water
again! I may be off on the year but that's about the time it came to Trona What an event on Holly & Sage Streets!
Big doings with this big ole' ship being brought in by semi!  Anyway, Dan and his family, in the meantime moved to
Ridgecrest and the vessel remains in the yard even though renters are in the house!  Dan and his dad make occasional
trips to Trona to work on the Ark, thus, many years have been  put in to making the vessel sea worthy again!
